Peter Max Marbling

American 'Pop' artist of the 60s Peter Max probably didn't do the marbleized  back ground. Maybe he bought the sheet from someone or maybe he used a piece of mass produced print wrapping paper ... either way I bet he did not pay royalties to the marbler who first combed the color pattern you see printed.

Being out there takes a lot of work.  There is always a price.

Before you comb, dip the comb in veining water to get the line vein.

Whether you are trying to represent the patterns on Jupiter or the energy of the Zia sign ... marbling does it.
